Indie Brews and Spirits (IBS) has announced the expansion of its portfolio, marking its entry into the vodka segment. The company has launched the Three Fields vodka range.
Out of the three launches, two variants are Three Fields Classic Vodka, and the other is Three Fields Café Vodka.
Indie Brews and Spirits is a Chennai-based company, founded by Isaac Vivek and Olson Pereira.
According to Indie Brews and Spirits, Three Fields Classic Vodka is India’s first three-grain vodka. It has been crafted using a blend of rice, wheat, and barley.
The company said that rice provides a clean and crisp base to the drink, and wheat adds smoothness. Barley, on the other hand, adds depth and subtle malt complexity.
The Three Fields Café Vodka comes with a new approach to coffee-based spirits. It has been made using 100 per cent Arabica beans sourced from Chikmagalur.
Indie Brews and Spirits said that Three Fields Café Vodka is produced through a vapour infusion distillation process.
Rajesh, COO & CFO, Indie Brews and Spirits, said that the launch of new range of vodka marks a pivotal moment for the company.
"The new launches strengthen the company portfolio in a high-volume category. This will accelerate the growth, open new distribution channels, and enhance the company's presence both domestically and globally,” Rajesh said.
