IHG Hotels & Resorts entered Chhattisgarh with the launch of a new property. IHG Hotels & Resorts, in a release, said that it has signed a franchise agreement with United Hospitality Management in Jagdalpur, a city in Bastar district.
The property 'Garner Jagdalpur' has a total of 117 keys.
Garner Jagdalpur marks the brand's entry into Chhattisgarh, the release said.
Garner Jagdalpur will be developed by Freedom Hospitality and managed by United Hospitality Management (UHM), one of IHG's trusted third-party management companies in India, the global hospitality company said in a statement.
IHG Hotels & Resorts Managing Director, South West Asia, Sudeep Jain said that the new hotel will open in 2029 and the property is positioned to benefit from the city’s economic growth.
"Garner Jagdalpur's efficient and flexible model, combined with UHM's strong local operational expertise, enables us to partner with owners to unlock this potential while delivering long-term value," he said.
