Adisoft Technologies share Price: Adisoft Technologies share price made a strong listing on the Dalal Street. On the NSE SME platform, its shares debuted at a premium of 19 per cent over the issue price of Rs 172.

Adisoft Technologies share price opened at Rs 205 apiece on the NSE SME and went on to hit the circuit of 5 per cent at Rs 215.25. With this, Adisoft Technologies shares closed with a gain of 25 per cent from the IPO issue price.

The listing price of Adisoft Technologies defeated the grey market prediction. The GMP of Adisoft Technologies was indicating a muted listing.

Adisoft Technologies's SME IPO had a size of Rs 74 crore an the company issued its shares at Rs 172.

Adisoft Technologies IPO was subscribed over 77 times. The IPO subscription was driven by heavy institutional and high-net-worth investors.

Adisoft Technologies is engaged in industrial automation space. It is a digital automation solutions provider like as robotic work cells, material handling systems and customised assembly lines.

Adisoft Technologies is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra.

Adisoft Technologies has said that it will use the funds raised via IPO to epand its operations. The company has plans to start a new manufacturing facility. Adisoft Technologies will also use a portion of the funds to cut its debt.

Adisoft Technologies had reported a net profit of Rs 16.1 crore in FY25, up from Rs 11.8 crore reported in the previous financial year (FY2024).
