BEL Dividend 2026: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a top defence company, has announced a final dividend for its shareholders. BEL made the announcement regarding the dividend payout along with its Q4FY26 results.
In an exchange filing, BEL said that its board has approved a final dividend payout of 55 per cent or Re 0.55 per share. BEL shares carry a face value of Re 1 each.
BEL, however, said that the payment of the final dividend of Re 0.55 per share is subject to the approval by the members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
"Recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.55 per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company," BEL said in the filing.
BEL didn't announce the record date along with the dividend amount in the Q4FY26 results.
BEL will announce the dividend record date and dividend payment date in due course and inform via exchanges.
BEL is a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence.
BEL Dividend History
According to BSE data, BEL had paid a dividend of Rs 1.95 per share to its investors in March this year. In 2025, the company had distributed dividend thrice to its investors -- Rs 0.90 in August, Rs 1.50 in March and Rs 0.70 in February.
Back in 2023 and 2022, BEL had paid dividends on three occasions to its investors, aggregating to Rs 1.80 per share.
