CDSL Dividend 2026: Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) has announced a final dividend for its shareholders along with the Q4 results for FY2026.
In an exchange filing, CDSL said that its board has recommended a dividend payout of 127.5 per cent or Rs 12.75 per share of Rs 10.
CDSL dividend is, however, subject to the approval by the shareholders of the company at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
"The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend for FY 25-26 of Rs 12.75 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 (i.e., 127.5% on the face value of equity share), subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company," CDSL said in a filing.
CDSL is yet to announce the dividend record date. CDSL dividend record date will be fixed and informed to the shareholders via the exchanges.
CDSL Dividend History
CDSL had paid a dividend of Rs 12.50 in August 2025. Before this, CDSL had, in August 2024, issued bonus shares to its investors in the ratio of 1:1 (one for one). In 2024 itself, the company had rewarded its investors by paying them a dividend of Rs 19 and a special dividend of Rs 3.
In 2023 and 2022, CDSL had distributed dividends of Rs 16 and Rs 15, respectively.

CDSL has registered more than 18 crore demat accounts as of March 31, 2026.
