Coforge Dividend 2026 Announcement: Midcap IT services company Coforge has announced the schedule for the next board meeting to declare Q4 FY2026 results and also a dividend for the shareholders.
Coforge Dividend 2026: Board Meeting Date
According to an exchange filing, Coforge has said that a board meeting is scheduled to take place on May 5, 2026 (Tuesday) to approve the results and dividend. If announced, this will be an interim dividend by the company.
"The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 05, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026," Coforge said in an exchange filing.
Coforge Dividend 2026 Announcement: Record Date
Coforge, in the same filing, shared the details about the announcement of an interim dividend along with the record date. Coforge said that the board will also decide the record date along with the dividend amount on May 5.
"The Board of Directors will also be considering the proposal of the payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26 and will determine the Record date for the purpose of the Interim Dividend, if approved," Coforge added in the filing.
Coforge shares closed 3.5 per cent higher at Rs 1,153.8 on BSE during Wednesday's trading session (April 1).
Coforge Dividend History
Coforge has a dividend yield of nearly 1.5 per cent. According to the BSE website, Coforge had paid an interim dividend of Rs 4 in January 2026.
In 2025, Coforge paid Rs 4 dividend on two occasions soon after the stock split. Coforge stock split had taken place in the month of June 2025 in the ratio of 1:5 (one for five). Just before the stock split, Coforge had paid Rs 19 dividends on two different occasions each.
Back in 2024 and 2023, Coforge had rewarded its shareholders by paying them a dividend on four occasions every year, aggregating to Rs 76 per share in both years.
