HUL Dividend After Demerger: FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever has announced a dividend for its shareholders. This is the first HUL dividend after demerger of its ice cream business, Kwality Wall's. The company had announced the dividend along with the Q4FY26 results on April 30, 2026.
In an exchange filing, HUL said that its board has recommended a final dividend of 2200 per cent or Rs 22 per share of Re 1 face value for FY2026.

"Recommended a final dividend of Rs 22 per share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 on Equity Shares of Re 1 each," HUL said.

HUL has also announced the record date for the payment of dividend along with the amount. HUL said that June 23 will be considered the record date for dividend payment.
"The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the final dividend, has been fixed as Tuesday, 23rd June, 2026," HUL said in a filing.

HUL had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs 19 per share on 20th November, 2025. The total dividend for FY26 amounts to Rs 41 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each.
The final dividend of Rs 22 is the first such corporate action by HUL after the demerger, for which the record date was on December 5, 2025.
In CY2025, HUL had paid dividends twice to its shareholders -- Rs 24 in June and Rs 19 in November. Back in 2024 and 2023, HUL had distributed a dividend of Rs 53 and Rs 40, respectively.
