CIE Automotive India is a multi-technology automotive components supplier. It is a subsidiary of CIE Automotive Group which is based out of Spain.

In an exchange filing earlier, CIE Automotive India said: "The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 19th February, 2026 has recommended to the members, for their consideration and approval at the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company, Final Dividend of Rs. 7 per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended 31st December, 2025."

CIE Automotive India had said that April 22, 2026 will be record date for the payment of Rs 7 final dividend.
"The Board has fixed Wednesday, 22nd April, 2026, as the Record Date for the purpose of the AGM and determining the shareholders entitled for Final Dividend," CIE Automotive India said.

The divided amount of Rs 7 will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of the AGM to the eligible shareholders. CIE Automotive India's AGM will taken place on April 29, 2026.
CIE Automotive India closed in the green at Rs 455.10 BSE during Wednesday's trade (April 1).
