Oracle Financial Services Dividend: Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced a bumper dividend for its shareholders. In an exchange filing, Oracle Financial Services said that its board has announced a dividend of Rs 270 per share of Rs 5 face value. This is the highest ever dividend amount announced by Oracle Financial Services since 2014.
"Approved second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 of Rs. 270 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each," Oracle Financial Services said in a filing.
Oracle Financial Services Dividend Record Date
Oracle Financial Services has also fixed the dividend record date and dividend payment date. As per the filing, Oracle Financial Services has set May 7 as the record date and the dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before May 21, 2026.
"Fixed Thursday, May 7, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend," Oracle Financial Services said in a filing.
Oracle Financial Services Dividend Payment Date
"Decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, May 21, 2026, to the Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as at the close of business on Thursday, May 7, 2026," Oracle Financial Services added in the filing.
