RIL Dividend 2026: Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), India's most valuable listed company, could announce a dividend for its shareholders. The dividend will most likely be announced along with the Q4FY26 results.

In an exchange filing, RIL said that a board meeting is scheduled to take place on April 24, 2026, to transact business, including the approval of the financial results and the declaration of a final dividend for FY2026.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 24, 2026," Reliance Industries Limited said in a filing.

"Consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026," the filing said.

"Recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026," RIL added in the filing.

RIL will hold an analyst meet after the board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

RIL Dividend History

This will be the second dividend, if announced, by RIL after the bonus issue in October 2024. In 2025, RIL had paid a final dividend of Rs 5.50 per share to its investors.

In 2024, just before the bonus, RIL had rewarded its shareholders by paying them a dividend of Rs 10.

Back in 2023, RIL had demerged Jio Financial Services and then paid a dividend of Rs 9 per share.
