CRISIL Dividend Announcement: CRISIL Ltd has announced a bumper dividend for its shareholders. In an exchange filing, CRISIL said that its board has recommended a final dividend payment of Rs 28 per share of Re 1 face value.

Accordingly, Rs 28 dividend translates into a payout of 2800 per cent per share of Re 1 FV.

This final dividend is for the financial year ended on December 31, 2025. CRISIL follows January-December fiscal year.

"The Board of Directors has recommended final dividend of Rs 28 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ended December 31, 2025," CRISIL said in a filing.

CRISIL said that the dividend payment of Rs 28 is "subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting."

CRISIL has said that the 39th AGM of the company will be held on April 17, 2026.

"The Board of Directors has also approved the notice convening the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, through video conferencing (VC) or other audiovisual means (OAVM)," CRISIL said in filing.

CRISIL Dividend Record Date

CISIL has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to whom the dividend of Rs 28 will be paid. CRISIL has said that April 3 will be considered as the dividend record date and the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on April 23, 2026.

CRISIL is India's first credit rating agency. Its shares closed in the green at Rs 3,993.70 on Friday (March 20).

CRISIL Dividend History

According to the BSE website, CRISIL had paid dividends on four occasions in 2025 to its investors -- Rs 26 in April, Rs 8 in May, Rs 9 in July and Rs 16 in October.

Back in 2024, the company had rewarded its shareholders by paying dividends four times, aggregating to Rs 58. In 2023 and 2022, CRISIL had distributed an aggregate dividend of Rs 49 and Rs 46, respectively.
