Indiamart Intermesh Dividend 2026: Indiamart Intermesh, a BSE 500 index company, has announced a final dividend and a special dividend for its investors along with the Q4 results for FY2026. The company has also fixed the dividend record date for the payment of dividends.
According to an exchange filing, the board of Indiamart Intermesh has recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 and a special dividend of Rs 30 per share of Rs 10 face value.

"The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday, April 30, 2026 recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26 and a special dividend of Rs 30 per equity share aggregating to a total dividend of Rs 60 per equity share," Indiamart Intermesh said in a filing.
Indiamart Intermesh said that the dividend payment will be subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at the upcoming AGM.

Indiamart Intermesh said that the board has set June 19 as the record date for the payment of the dividend.
"The Board fixed Friday, June 19, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for the payment of above said final dividend for FY 2025-26 and special dividend...," Indiamart Intermesh added in the filing.

Indiamart Intermesh had paid dividends on two occasions in 2025 -- Rs 20 and Rs 30. Back in 2024, Indiamart Intermesh had rewarded its investors by paying them a dividend of Rs 20.
