Dividend After Demerger, Sanofi India Dividend 2026: Sanofi India Ltd, a NIFTY MICROCAP 250 company, has announced a massive dividend of Rs 48 per share for its investors. This is the third dividend announcement by Sanofi India after the demerger of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited (SCHIL) in June 2024.
According to an exchange filing, the board of Sanofi India met on March 25, wherein a proposal to pay a dividend was taken up for consideration and approval.
The board approved the payment of 480 per cent or Rs 48 final dividend on each share of Rs 10 face value.
The dividend payment will be, however, subject to the approval by members of the company at the 70th Annual General Meeting.
"Board, at its meeting held on 25th February 2026, had recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 48 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2025, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 70th AGM," Sanofi India said in an exchange filing.
Sanofi India Dividend Record Date
Sanofi India has said that April 22, 2026 will be the record date for the payment of Rs 48 final dividend.
"The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from Thursday, 23rd April 2026 to Wednesday, 29th April 2026 (both days inclusive) and payment of the Final Dividend will be made to those Members whose names are on the Company’s Register of Members on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 (Record Date) and those whose names appear as Beneficial Owners as at the close of the business hours on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 as per the details to be furnished by the Depositories, viz. NSDL and CDSL, for this purpose," Sanofi India added in the filing.
Sanofi India Dividend History
After Sanofi Consumer Healthcare's demerger in June 2024, Sanofi India had paid dividends on two different occasions to its shareholders. Sanofi India had paid a whopping dividend of Rs 117 in April 2025 and Rs 75 in November 2025.
Sanofi India shares closed 2 per cent higher at Rs 3,317 on NSE during Wednesday's (March 25) trading session.
