UCO Bank Dividend 2026: Public sector lender UCO Bank has announced a dividend for its investors. This is the third and also the highest-ever dividend since 2015 by UCO Bank.

In an exchange filing, UCO Bank said that the board has recommended a dividend payout of 4.4 per cent per share of Rs 10 face value. This translates into a dividend amount of Re 0.44.

"Recommended a dividend of Rs.0.44 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26," UCO Bank said in a filing.

UCO Bank didn't announce the dividend record date along with the dividend amount in the Q4FY26 results. UCO Bank will announce the dividend record date later and inform via the exchanges.

UCO Bank said that the payment of a dividend of Re 0.44 is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

UCO Bank Dividend History

UCO Bank had paid a dividend of Re 0.39 per share in May 2025 and Rs 0.28 in 2024. Before this, UCO Bank had paid a dividend in 2015, Rs 2 per share.
