Leading real estate company Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Mahindra BeaconHill in Mumbai.
Mahindra BeaconHill is an ultra-premium residential property. The property is located in the Mahalaxmi area of the city.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers said that the new property has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1,650 crore
Mahindra BeaconHill, a standalone 58-storey tower, is spread over an area of 1.68 acres.
The residential project has a total of 198 residences. It offers 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK homes.
