Mumbai Real Estate News: Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has recently leased out a property in Mumbai. According to media reports, Sara Ali Khan has rented out a bungalow in the Andheri West area of Mumbai.
Sara Ali Khan has rented the property for five years for Rs 4.14 crore.
The monthly rent of the bungalow starts at Rs 6.5 lakh, according to the property registration documents seen by real estate data analysis platform CRE Matrix.

Sara Ali Khan's rented bungalow is located in the Belscot Co-operative Housing Society in the Old Lokhandwala Complex.
The tenant is Prodigy Montessori India Private Limited. The property which Sara Ali Khan has rented out will be used for the functioning of a school.
Reports said that the property has been strictly leased to Prodigy Montessori India Private Limited.

The area of the bungalow is said to be around 4,500 sq ft, reports said.
Tenant, Prodigy Montessori India Private Limited, has deposited a security of Rs 20 lakh. The security amount has been paid as part of the agreement.
As per the rental agreement, the property has a lock-in period of 36 months, starting May 1, 2026.
The rent of Rs 6.5 lakh is valid for a period of two years. After this, the rent amount in the third year will increase by 5 per cent to Rs 6.82 lakh. The rent will again increase by 5 per cent in the fourth year to Rs 7.16 lakh and Rs 7.52 lakh in the fifth year.
