Brokerage firm Choice Institutional Equities has recommended a BUY rating on two leading hotel companies after their Q4 results - ITC Hotels and Chalet Hotels. Notably, both the companies have also declared dividends for their shareholders.

ITC Hotels Share Price Target

Choice has set the ITC Hotels share price target at Rs  190.

FY26 witnessed the highest-ever signings for managed hotels. Thirteen new hotels were opened during the year across business, leisure and spiritual destinations, maintaining an average of more than one launch per month.

The company has announced the acquisition of The Zuri Kumarakom, Kerala Resort & Spa, a 72-key luxury property spread across 18 acres along Vembanad Lake.

After renovation and rebranding under the ITC Hotels brand, stabilised revenue from the hotel is expected to be 3x of current revenues (Rs 2 billion) and be margin-accretive.

ITC Hotels Dividend 2026

Along with Q4 results, ITC Hotels declared its dividend for the first time since the demerger. ITC Hotels recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per share and set May 21 as the record date.   

Chalet Hotels Share Price Target

Choice has recommended a BUY rating on Chalet Hotels shares for a target price of Rs 920.

Choice said that Chalet Hotel's pipeline remains strong with 1,655 keys across seven projects, including Taj Delhi Airport, Ritz-Carlton Hyderabad and multiple leisure assets under the Athiva brand.

Chalet Hotels is also expanding its Annuity portfolio, with commercial leasable area expected to increase from ~2.4 million sq ft to ~3.3 million sq ft by FY27E, supported by Powai and Hyderabad developments and continued GCC leasing demand.

Athiva currently has 147 operational keys with ~510 keys under development and planning, supporting CHALET’s increasing focus on premium leisure hospitality and greater operating control over select assets.

Chalet Hotels Dividend 2026

Meanwhile, the board of Chalet Hotels has recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per share or 10 per cent on the face value of Rs 10 each.
